Dresden, October 2025 – deveritec has strategically expanded its electronics manufacturing capabilities and commissioned a new production hall at its Dresden site. With this increase in capacity, the company is responding to the growing demand for fast, flexible, and high-quality EMS solutions – particularly from medium-sized enterprises.

“The demand for short delivery times and reliable series production has continuously increased in recent years. With the new facility, we are creating the conditions to offer our customers even larger production volumes while maintaining consistently high quality,” explains Robert Stolz, Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of deveritec GmbH.

The new hall is designed for an annual capacity of up to 500,000 assemblies – depending on product complexity. deveritec covers the full range from low- to high-complexity assemblies in the low- to mid-volume segment.

A particular focus lies on flexibility and partnership-based collaboration: deveritec supports small and medium-sized enterprises as well as larger customers with tailored requirements, short development cycles, and immediate production needs without minimum order quantities.

In addition to technical precision, deveritec places great emphasis on first-class customer service, dedicated points of contact, and rapid response times. With short communication paths and direct support, the company ensures that projects run smoothly – from the initial inquiry to serial production delivery.

The facility features state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, including solder paste jet printing, SMT lines, reflow and vapor phase soldering, 3D AOI systems, and comprehensive end-of-line testing.

All processes are ISO 9001 certified and regularly audited to ensure consistently high quality.

As part of the project, a head model is to be developed that is based both on CT data (3D volume data) from radiotherapy planning and on 2D optical images. The detection of the model parameters of the underlying head model is AI-based. Extracted keypoints (facial landmarks) of the head are used to generate a trackable pose. With the help of photogrammetric methods, a redundant algorithm can be developed that makes the AI methods used verifiable. In addition, conclusions can be drawn about the geometric registration between external and internal localised tumour positions. The aim is to generate reproducible patient positioning without additional stress in order to increase the precision of the therapy. This approach is intended to ensure the anatomical correctness and individual description of the patient so that treatment can be carried out in a (semi-)upright position with less strain on the patient and with fewer aids.

A lot has been happening at deveritec. It was time to redesign our website to clearly present our diverse portfolio of services and technologies. We have now grown to over 50 employees. Since our foundation in 2007, our focus has also expanded from hardware and software development to become much more technologically diverse and complex. Today, our focus is on cross-industry and tailor-made technology solutions, which we have clearly summarised for our customers in our fields of competence – the Internet of Things, Industry 4.0 and Deep Tech.
